Our Executive Management team has over 100 years of expertise in designing, constructing and operating large scale gas processing and gas, crude and water gathering systems.


Mr. Keanini has served as President & CEO of Outrigger Energy II LLC since 2017. Prior to that he founded Outrigger Energy LLC in 2014 and served as President & CEO until its sale to Targa Resources and Tallgrass Energy in 2017. He has over 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry and was previously the President & COO of Bear Tracker Energy LLC from 2010 until its sale to Summit Midstream Partners in 2013. Prior to that role, Mr. Keanini was General Manager of Rockies Midstream for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation where he had commercial and operational responsibility for over 25 facilities in the Rocky Mountain region. Before joining Anadarko, Mr. Keanini was Vice President Engineering, Environmental & Safety for Western Gas Resources. He is past President of the Rocky Mountain Gas Processors Association and currently serves as a Director for the Western Energy Alliance as wells 2 non-profit organizations. Mr. Keanini has a B.Sc. in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Mr. Jhunjhunwala has over 14 years of experience in midstream and energy finance and was most recently a Managing Director in Citigroup’s Global Energy Investment Banking Group based in Houston, Texas. In that role, he was responsible for midstream client coverage where he developed extensive knowledge evaluating, structuring and executing midstream and MLP transactions, including numerous IPOs, follow-on equity and debt offerings as well as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Citigroup, he held positions of increasing responsibility within the Energy investment banking groups of UBS Investment Bank and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Jhunjhunwala graduated with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance.

Mr. Woodruff has 25 years of Oil and Gas Industry experience focused on business development, asset management, acquisitions and divestitures, and regulatory, legislative and public affairs in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent regions. Most recently, he served as Regional Manager of Commercial Development for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. In that role, he was responsible for business development and commercial operations of several high growth midstream assets during an 11 year period which included his tenure at Western Gas Resources. Prior to that, Mr. Woodruff served in midstream business development roles at El Paso Field Services and Kinder Morgan Inc. He worked as Manager of Govt. Affairs for the Coastal Corporation and began his career as the Director of Regulatory Affairs with the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States, now the Western Energy Alliance. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States, Petroleum Association of Wyoming, the Utah Association of Energy Users and the Utah Energy Infrastructure Authority. Mr. Woodruff holds a BA from Skidmore College.

Mr. Kitson has represented clients in the State of Colorado for over 15 years in a wide array of disciplines, including commercial contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, insurance, employment, and commercial litigation.  Mr. Kitson joined Outrigger in 2018 as its Managing Counsel and has served as its Senior Vice President and General Counsel since March 2020.  Prior to joining Outrigger, Mr. Kitson was a Senior Counsel for MarkWest Energy Partners (a subsidiary of MPLX LP).  Mr. Kitson joined MarkWest in 2012 and served in a variety of legal positions with increasing responsibility, culminating in his final role as the lead attorney with primary responsibility for all business and corporate development matters nationwide for MPLX’s Gathering and Processing Business Unit at the time of his departure in 2018.   Before working for MarkWest, Mr. Kitson was a commercial litigator and trial attorney with the Denver offices of Snell & Wilmer LLP and Ballard Spahr LLP.  Mr. Kitson received a B.A. in Economics with Distinction from Colorado College (2001) and a J.D. from the University of Colorado (2004).

Mr. Perdue has 12 years of experience in the midstream industry with a focus on front end design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and operation of gas processing & gathering, crude oil gathering, and water gathering systems.  He joined Outrigger in 2014 as a Senior Project Manager and has since overseen the successful construction, commissioning, and operation of four different cryogenic gas processing facilities and related gathering and compression systems.  Prior to Outrigger, he worked as a Plant Engineer for QEP Field Services, where he led optimization and safety-oriented projects for assets with a combined capacity of over 1 BCFD in the Green River and Uinta Basins.  Mr. Perdue graduated Suma Cum Laude from the Colorado School of Mines, where he received a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.

Ms. Odell has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with a diversified background in business development, acquisitions and divestitures, marketing, accounting, financial, and state and federal regulatory disciplines. She joined Outrigger in 2014 as Manager, Business Development, and has served as Vice President, Business Development since July 2018. Prior to Outrigger she was a consultant, providing energy and regulatory expertise for clients with regulated pipeline assets. Prior to that, she worked for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation as the Director of Pipeline Affairs. Ms. Odell began her career with Western Gas Resources, where she held positions with increasing responsibilities including product marketing, business development, and ultimately managing all aspects of Western’s regulated pipelines division. Ms. Odell holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Mr. Olson has extensive experience in executive management, finance management, financial reporting and accounting. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Denver, CO and has worked in accounting and finance for over 30 years. Mr. Olson holds a BS in Business and Accounting from John Brown University.
