Mr. Keanini has over 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry and was most recently the President & Chief Operating Officer of Bear Tracker Energy, LLC., a Denver-based midstream energy company. In that role he was responsible for the setting and execution of company strategy as well as operational results for the company. Prior to that role, Mr. Keanini was General Manager of Rockies Midstream for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation where he had commercial and operational responsibility for over 25 facilities in the Rocky Mountain region. Before joining Anadarko, Mr. Keanini was Vice President Engineering, Environmental & Safety for Western Gas Resources. He is past President of the Rocky Mountain Gas Processors Association and currently serves as a Director for the Wyoming Pipeline Authority. He also serves on the Boards of 2 non-profit organizations.
Mr. Keanini has a B.Sc. in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Denver.
Mr. Jhunjhunwala has over 14 years of experience in midstream and energy finance and was most recently a Managing Director in Citigroup’s Global Energy Investment Banking Group based in Houston, Texas. In that role, he was responsible for midstream client coverage where he developed extensive knowledge evaluating, structuring and executing midstream and MLP transactions, including numerous IPOs, follow-on equity and debt offerings as well as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Citigroup, he held positions of increasing responsibility within the Energy investment banking groups of UBS Investment Bank and Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Jhunjhunwala graduated with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance.
Mr. Woodruff has 25 years of Oil and Gas Industry experience focused on business development, asset management, acquisitions and divestitures, and regulatory, legislative and public affairs in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent regions. Most recently, he served as Regional Manager of Commercial Development for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. In that role, he was responsible for business development and commercial operations of several high growth midstream assets during an 11 year period which included his tenure at Western Gas Resources. Prior to that, Mr. Woodruff served in midstream business development roles at El Paso Field Services and Kinder Morgan Inc. He worked as Manager of Govt. Affairs for the Coastal Corporation and began his career as the Director of Regulatory Affairs with the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States, now the Western Energy Alliance. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States, Petroleum Association of Wyoming and the Utah Association of Energy Users. He currently serves on the Board of the Utah Energy Infrastructure Authority.
Mr. Woodruff holds a BA from Skidmore College.
Mr. Jeffries has 36 years experience in the natural gas industry and most recently was a consultant in the areas of gas supply, gas transportation, natural gas liquids marketing and logistics. His clients included investor owned and independent power companies, midstream companies and independent producers. From 1992 to 2006, Mr. Jeffries was employed by Western Gas Resources, Inc. (Western) a Denver based production, gathering, processing and marketing company. As the Vice President of Marketing at Western, Mr. Jeffries was responsible for a physical marketing portfolio with up to 80,000 barrels per day of crude and natural gas liquids, 2 billion cubic feet per day of natural gas sales, 20 billion cubic feet of annual gas storage capacity and approximately 750,000 Mcf per day of firm natural gas transportation capacity. Prior to joining Western Gas, he was the Vice President of Marketing and Supply for United Gas Pipe Line Company (now Gulf South Pipeline Company). Mr. Jeffries joined United Gas Pipe Line in 1979 as an engineer responsible for designing onshore and offshore natural gas transmission and gathering facilities. Mr. Jeffries has presented on behalf of the energy industry in numerous state and federal regulatory proceedings, university sponsored educational forums and to members of congress.
Mr. Jeffries has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado (’79) and is a Professional Engineer in Colorado.
Mr. Burchell has more than 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. During the last 10 years Mr. Burchell has served in various Engineering Management roles for Summit Midstream, Bear Tracker Energy, Anadarko Petroleum and Western Gas Resources, during which time he managed engineers and projects throughout the Rockies and mid-continent regions from North Dakota to Texas. In addition to engineering management, he is proficient in engineering design and construction of natural gas gathering and processing facilities. He was personally responsible for the design and installation of over 1,000 miles of gathering lines, 500,000 horsepower of gas compression and several gas treating and processing facilities. Mr. Burchell was the head of the Operations Optimization team at Anadarko Petroleum from 2009 to 2011.
Mr. Burchell has a B.Sc. in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.
Mr. Olson has extensive experience in executive management, finance management and accounting. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP and has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 23 years. Mr. Olson was most recently President and Managing Member of Western Acquisitions, LLC.
Mr. Olson holds a BS in Business and Accounting from John Brown University.
Mr. Hatfield has over 30 years of industry experience with a focus in the Permian Basin. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development for West Texas with Regency Energy Partners. While at Regency, he directed substantial growth of its midstream assets, developed strong relationships with leading operators in the Permian Basin and formed and managed joint venture projects with other companies. Prior to his tenure with Regency, Mr. Hatfield was with Koch Midstream starting in 1999 where he developed his commercial experience within the Delaware Basin. He held a number of commercial development positions with GPM Gas Corporation and Phillips 66 Natural Gas performing various commercial activities in the Permian and Austin Chalk regions. Mr. Hatfield started his career with Phillips Petroleum in Odessa Texas where he worked in the production engineering group.
Mr. Hatfield holds a B.S. in engineering from Texas Tech University.
Mr. Bokelman has over 29 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry primarily focused on business development, asset management, acquisitions and divestitures, and engineering/project management. Prior to joining Outrigger he served as Vice President of Business Development for Summit Midstream where he originated and executed several oil, gas and water midstream projects in North Dakota, Colorado and Wyoming. Prior to Summit Mr. Bokelman held similar positions at Saddle Butte Pipeline, Ultra Petroleum, Union Pacific Resources, and Duke Energy Field Services. He began his career in 1986 as a project engineer with Koch Industries in Wichita KS.
Mr. Bokelman has a BS in Agricultural Engineering from Kansas State University.
